Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "MOLÉCULA DE SUPERFÍCIE CELULAR MEDIANDO ADESÃO CELULAR E TRANSMISSÃO DE SINAL" . Novas moléculas de superfícies celulares reconhecidas por anticorpos monoclonais contra uma molécula de superfície celular de células lonfocíticas que desempenham um papel importante em doenças autoimunes e doenças alérgicas foram isoladas, identificadas e analisadas quanto as suas funções. As moléculas de superfícies celulares são expressas especificamente em timócitos, linfócitos ativados por estimulação com ConA e linfócitos do sangue periférico, e induzem a adesão celular. Anticorpos contra as moléculas de superfícies celulares melhoram significativamente as condições patológicas de doenças autoimunes e doenças alérgicas.
