Abstract
"ARTIGO COM REVESTIMENTO FOTOCRÔMICO". Revestimentos de poliuretano fotocrômicos são descritos, os quais atendem aos padrões "cosméticos" comercialmente aceitáveis para revestimentos óticos. São também descritos artigos tendo estes revestimentos. Os revestimentos exibem uma micro dureza de Fisher de 50 a 150 Newtons por mm e propriedades fotocrômicas aperfeiçoadas, isto é, a formação de cores mais escuras ativadas e taxas mais rápidas de ativação e desvanecimento fotocrômicos quando irradiados com luz ultravioleta.
