Abstract
"TERAPIA DE GENE SUPRESSOR DE TUMOR COMBINADO E QUIMIOTERAPIA NO TRATAMENTO DE NEOPLASMAS". Em uma modalidade, esta invenção provê métodos de tratamento de câncer de mama ou células hiperproliferativas, compreendendo contatar as células com uma proteína supressora de tumor ou um ácido nucleico supressor de tumor e também contatar as células com pelo menos um agente anti-câncer agregado. A invenção também provê uma composição farmacológica compreendendo uma proteína supressora de tumor ou um ácido nucleico supressor de tumor e pelo menos um agente anti-câncer agregado, e um kit para tratamento de câncer de mama ou células hiperproliferativas.
