Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "DISPOSITIVO ELÉTRICO CONTENDO COMPOSIÇÃO DE RESISTOR DE COEFICIENTE DE TEMPERATURA POSITIVA E PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DO DISPOSITIVO" . Uma composição de resistor de coeficiente positivo de temperatura (PTC) que compreende: (a) cerca de 3% a cerca de 75% em peso de uma resina ligante; (b) cerca de 2% a cerca de 70% em peso de um polímero semicristalino ativável por temperatura, que é um elastômero termoplástico (TPE) que se funde em uma faixa de temperatura relativamente estreita para mudar de um estado cristalino para um estado amorfo; (c) cerca de 10% a cerca de 80% em peso de um material eletricamente condutivo em forma finamente particulada selecionado do grupo que consiste em prata, grafita, grafita/carbono, níquel, cobre, cobre revestido de prata, e alumínio; (d) cerca de 0,01% a cerca de 80% em peso de material solvente para a composição.
