Abstract
"VETOR DE POLIOVIRUS SABIN TIPO I, RECOMBINANTE OU QUIMÉRICO DE REPLICAÇÃO COMPETENTE, SEUS MÉTODOS DE PRODUÇÃO E CÉLULA HOSPEDEIRA". São providos vetores de poliovirus Sabin tipo I, recombinante ou quimérico de replicação competente, contendo uma seqüência codificada por múltiplos sítios de clonagem e sítio de clivagem de protease-3C. Estes vetores facilitam a introdução de genes de vacina de vírus infecciosos de Poliovirus Sabin I e facilita produzir poliovirus Sabin I quiméricos que espera-se sejam vacinas mucosa-orais poderosas contra diversas doenças virais infecciosas.
