Abstract

"FRESA PARA USO EM FRESADORA DA VÁLVULA SUPERIOR DA PANELA DE AÇO'', composta por um corpo (1) feito em aço-liga tratado termicamente, com o perfil externo da válvula a ser removida, ou seja, o corpo (1) mostra-se substancialmente tronco-cônico, apresentando um terminal cilíndrico (2) onde estão distribuídas estrias internas (3) para acoplamento do eixo-árvore da fresadora especial (F); o corpo (1) são fixados insertos intercambíaveis (4), tanto ao longo do referido corpo (1), acompanhando a sua configuração, como também em sua parte frontal, ditos insertos (4) construídos, cada um, por uma base de aço (5) e uma ponta de metal duro (6) específicas para promover o ataque eficiente da válvula a ser removida; os referidos insertos (4) são distribuídos estrategicamente ao longo do corpo (1), obedecendo a sua configuração geral, e contornando-o integralmente, bem como em sua parte frontal.
