Abstract

PRENSA HIDRÁULICA PARA FABRICAR TIJOLOS, LADRILHOS E TELHAS COM CIMENTO, CAL E AREIA ARGILOSA. A presente invenção, através da qual, com troca de matrizes e ajustes mecânicos, fabrica-se tijolos, ladrilhos ou telhas com cimento, cal e areia argilosa. A dita prensa é constituída de um motor (M), que aciona uma bomba (B) hidráulica. Esta bomba, através de dutos hidráulicos (DH) e válvulas (V) aciona cilindros hidráulicos (c.1,c.2 e c3) que desempenham a função de dosar, prensar e extrair o material, Os ajustes se dão através de travas mecânicas reguláveis (3,4, e 5) com válvulas mecânicas, ou fins de cursos eletromecânicos (8 e 11) com válvulas eletromecânicas. Trocando-se as matrizes (fg.3 e fg.5) fabrica-se tijolos, ladrilhos ou telhas.
