Compostos da fórmula (I) em que R^ 1^ e R^ 2^ são iguais ou diferentes e são Cl, COO(C~ 1~-C~ 4~)-alquila, CONH~ 2~, CONCH~ 3~, CON(CH~ 3~)~ 2~ ou SO~ 2~NRR', em que R e R' são iguais ou diferentes e são hidrogênio, C~ 1~-C~ 4~-alquila ou fenila, sendo possível para fenila estar substituída por metila, etila, metóxi, etóxi ou halogênio, R^ 3^ é hidrogênio, metila, metóxi, etóxi, cloro ou bromo, e R^ 4^ é hidrogênio, C~ 1~-C~ 3~-alquila, cloro ou bromo, são pigmentos amarelos úteis com propriedades de resistência à luz e de resistência ao intemperismo elevadas.
