"REGENERADOR DE PULSOS ÓPTICOS BASEADO EM AMPLIFICADORES ÓPTICOS A SEMICONDUTOR OPERANDO COM INJEÇÃO DE CORRENTE REALIMENTADA E SIMULTÂNEA", compreendendo empregar um amplificador óptico que amplifica o tamanho do pulso ao mesmo tempo em que corrige o formato do pulso óptico, sendo que desta técnica resultam dois efeitos: o aumento do tamanho do pulso pela amplificação e a correção de seu formato, ou seja, regeneração e reformatação do pulso óptico.
