Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "INICIADORES DE AMPLIFICAÇÃO DE ÁCIDO NUCLÉICO MODIFICADO" . A presente invenção refere-se a oligonucleotídeos modificados para uso na amplificação de uma seqüência de ácido nucléico. Amplificações realizadas usando os oligonucleotídeos modificados resultam em menos produto não-específico de amplificação, em particular, iniciador dímero e um rendimento maior concomitante do produto de amplificação pretendido comparado a amplificações realizadas usando oligonucleotídeos não-modificados como iniciadores.
