A presente invenção refere-se a derivados de fenoximetil piperidina, e sais e N-óxidos farmaceuticamente aceitáveis dos mesmos, que são bloqueadores de canais de sódio, e dessa forma apresentam propriedades farmacológicas úteis, inclusive utilidade para o tratamento de condições de dor neuropática.
