Abstract

"TIENOPIRROLIDINONAS". A presente invenção fornece tieno[2,3-b]pirrolidin-5-onas substituídas de fórmula (I) em que R^ 1^, R^ 2^ e R^ 3^ possuem os valores dados no relatório descritivo. Os compostos são úteis como inibidores da produção celular do fator de necrose tumoral (TNF- ) e como agentes antiproliferativos e, portanto, podem encontrar uso no tratamento de doenças neurodegenerativas, doenças cardiovasculares, câncer e doenças inflamatórias.
