Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR OXIDIAZOLONAS SUBSTITUÍDAS" . Oxadiazolonas substituídas da fórmula (I) em que R representa alquila opcionalmente substituída [ que são conhecidas como intermediários para a preparação de certos herbicidas] são obtidas com bons rendimentos e alto grau de pureza quando em uma primeira etapa ácidos carboxílicos da fórmula geral (II) R-COOH são reagidos com hidrato de hidrazina na presença de um catalisador e, caso apropriado, na presença de um diluente inerte a temperaturas entre 0° e 150°C com eliminação de água, e as hidrazidas carboxílicas resultantes de fórmula geral (III) R-CO-NH-NH~ 2~ são reagidas em uma segunda etapa no mesmo meio de reação - isto é sem isolamento do intermediário- com fosgênio (COCl~ 2~) a temperaturas entre 20°C e 120°C.
