Abstract
"APARELHO E MÉTODO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE PLASMA". Dispositivo coletor para a preparação plasmática para testes diagnósticos. O dispositivo compreende uma formulação anticoagulante seca a pulverização na superfície interna do dispositivo em um gel polimérico tixotrópico. O dispositivo é um aperfeiçoamento em relação aos dispositivos comercialmente disponíveis que contêm formulações anticoagulantes líquidas, para uso em teste de ácido nuclêico que empregam tecnologias de amplificação, mas não limitados a reações de cadeia de polimerase (PCR), DNA ramificado (bDNA), e amplificação baseada em ácido nuclêico seqüenciado (NASBA).
