Abstract

"COMPOSIÇÃO DE REVESTIMENTO EM-MOLDE E PROCESSO PARA MOLDAR A MESMA" . Uma composição de revestimento em-molde, para plástico reforçado por fibra, compreendendo uma resina alifática tal como um poliuretano intermediário de éster alifático saturado, tendo grupos finais acrilato terminais, um (met)acrilato (ciclo)alifático saturado, tal como acrilato de isobornila, um (met)acrilato de hidroxialquila, um éster de poliacrilato de um alquileno poliol e um aromático substituído por vinila. As composições de revestimento em molde têm boas propriedades de resistência ao tempo de uso final, de modo que não há mecessidade do subseqüente revestimento de tinta sobre elas que até agora tem sido necessário. As composições de revestimento livre de tinta podem ser translúcidas ou pigmentadas e podem conter vários aditivos tais como lubrificantes, auxiliares de adesão, endurecedores e similares.
