A presente invenção conjuga em apenas um aparelho, as funções de armazenar e picotar as bobinas de sacos plásticos, (Figuras 1 e 2), proporcionando melhor aparência estética e o destaque de apenas um saco por vez. As bobinas a serem utilizadas serão especialmente dobradas e perfuradas pelo inventor deste aparelho, conforme Figura 3, o que dará exclusividade no fornecimento de bobinas para este porta bobinas.
