"INTERPOLÍMERO E SEU PROCESSO DE PREPARAÇÃO" A presente invenção se refere a interpolímeros aleatórios de etileno/alfa-olefina/monômero de dieno com distribuição de alfa-olefina mais agrupada que a bernoulliana, utilizando-se catalisador complexo geométrico restrito de metal do Grupo 4 e um cocatalisador de ativação. O catalisador inclui um ligante derivado de indenil de anel fundido.
