Abstract
"DERIVADOS POLICÍCLICOS DE FTALAZINA, USO DOS DERIVADOS POLICÍCLICOS DE FTALAZINA E MEDICAMENTO". A presente invenção refere-se a novos derivados de ftalazinas policíclicas, especialmente a maduraftalazinas 2 - substituídas (10, 12, 15, 16 - tetrahidroxi - 8 - metoxi - 11 - metil - 1, 9, 14 - trioxo - 1, 2, 6, 7, 9, 14 - hexahidronaftaceno - [1,2-g] - ftalazina) da fórmula (I) e sua utilização. As ligações de acordo com a presente invenção são ativas contra bactérias grampositivas, particularmente contra estafilococos multiresistentes (MRSA) assim como resistentes a glicopeptídeos, como por exemplo, enterococos, sendo, desse modo, adequadas para fabricação de medicamentos antibacterianos. Na fórmula (I) R^ 1^ é carboxialquila ou carboxiarila assim como um de seus sais, amidos ou ésteres e R^ 2^ e R^ 3^ são H ou acila (por exemplo CO-Alquila, COO-alquila), sendo R^ 1^ diferente de carboxifenila substituída, quando R^ 3^ é alcanoila C~ 1- 8~.
