Abstract
"MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO DE METAL QUENTE". Um método para a preparação de peletas cruas com carga de ferro (36) que podem ser processadas em um forno de fundição rotativo (15) sem degradação e se tornam peletas de ferro esponja de auto-fluxo quando carregadas em um forno de arco submerso (20) que opera em uma temperatura inferior à do forno de fundição rotativo (15), de modo a produzir metal quente com um teor de carbono de 1% a cerca de 5%.
