Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "ACOPLAMENTO RÁPIDO DE POUCO VAZAMENTO" . Um elemento fêmea de acoplamento (20) inclui uma porção corpo (31), uma luva deslizante (52) posicionada na porção corpo, e uma válvula de haste (64) que se estende axialmente engatada em vedação com a luva. Movimento axial da luva em relação à válvula de haste abre o elemento fêmea de acoplamento ao fluxo de fluido. A válvula de haste é dotada de uma cavidade (70), dimensionada para acomodar um nariz saliente (27) de um elemento macho a ser ligado a ela. A luva deslizante e a válvula de haste são projetadas para acomodar o elemento macho de acoplamento 10, inclusive sua extremidade plana de inserção (12) e nariz saliente, com mínima inclusão de ar e mínima perda de fluido durante o desengatamento.
