Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "MOSFETS DE LEITURA DE CORRENTE EM CIRCUITO DE POTÊNCIA DE MOSFET EM PARALELO" . Seis conjuntos de MOSFETS conectados em paralelo (por exemplo, 42-46) são colocadas com portão para produzir uma saída de 3 fases (26, 28, 30). Pelo menos um dos MOSFETS (48, 64, 66) em cada um dos três conjuntos dos seis conjuntos tem uma base de leitura de corrente separadamente metalizada. A saída dessa base representa a corrente de fase. Quando a corrente de fase alcança um nível máximo permissível, esse sinal controla os portões do MOSFETS para limitar a corrente.
