Abstract
''PROCESSO DE ALVEJAMENTO DE POLPA ISENTO DE CLORO''. Um processo para o alvejamento de polpa isento de cloro, em que são removidos metais por de um agente quelatante. O agente quelatante é misturado com a polpa em pelo menos um estágio de misturação efetivo, em lavagem intermediária, após o que a polpa, sem uma torre intermediária, passa diretamente a um lavador de polpa. O tempo de retenção deve ser, no máximo, de 15 minutos, calculado após a adição do agente quelatante.
