Abstract
Patente de Invenção: ANÁLOGO DE EPOTILONE'' . Epotilone A, epotilone B, análogos de epotilone e bibliotecas de análogos de epotilone são sintetizados. Epotilone A e B são conhecidos agentes anticancerígenos que derivam sua atividade anticancerígena pela prevenção da mitose através de indução e estabilização da montagem de microtubulina. Os análogos de epotilone são novos. Foi demosntrado que diversos dos anólogos têm uma atividade citotóxica superior comparada ao epotillone A ou epotilone B, conforme demonstrado por sua aptidão realçada de induzir a polimerização e estabilização de microtúbulos.
