Patente de Invenção: "INTERFACE DE SISTEMA DE TELECOMUNICAÇÕES DE BANDA LARGA" . A invenção é um sistema para fazer interface (200) de um sistema GR-303 (220, 222) com um sistema de banda larga (REDE DE BANDA LARGA). O sistema de banda larga pode ser um sistema ATM. A invenção pode processar (360) a sinalização GR-303 para selecionar as conexões ATM e então interoperar as conexões GR-303 com as conexões ATM selecionadas. A invenção pode interoperar (362) a sinalização GR-303 e a sinalização SS7. A invenção também pode processar a sinalização SS7 para selecionar conexões GR-303 e então interoperar as conexões ATM com as conexões GR-303 selecionadas.
