Patente de Invenção: "DERIVADOS DE 3-CARBOXAMIDA DE 5H-PIRROL[2,1-c][1,4]-BENZODIAZEPINAS" . A presente invenção se refere a antagonistas não peptídeos tricíclicos da vasopressina, os quais são úteis no tratamento de condições onde níveis diminuídos de vasopressina são desejados, tais como em insuficiência cardíaca congestiva, em condições de doença com absorção renal em excesso de água e em condições com resistência vascular aumentada a vasocontrição coronariana, os compostos tendo a estrutura geral (I).
