Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "INIBIDORES ESPIROCÍCLICOS DA METALOPROTEASE" . A invenção proporciona compostos da fórmula (I) como descrita nas reivindicações, ou um isômero ótico, diastereômero ou enanciômero do mesmo, ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável, ou uma amida bio-hidrolizável, éster ou imida do mesmo que são úteis como inibidores das metaloproteases. Também são descritas composições farmacêuticas e métodos, para tratamento de doenças, distúrbios e condições caracterizadas pela atividade da metaloprotease com a utilização desses compostos ou das composições farmacêuticas que contenham os mesmos.
