Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "SOLUÇÃO AQUOSA E PROCESSO PARA FOSFATIZAÇÃO DE SUPERFÍCIES METÁLICAS" . É divulgada uma solução aquosa contendo fosfato para gerar camadas de fosfato em superfícies metálicas feitas de ferro, aço zinco, ligas de zinco, alumínio ou ligas alumínio. A solução contém 0,3 a 5g de Zn ^ 2+^/I e 0,1 a 3 g de nitroguanidina/I, o valor S sendo compreendido entre 0,03 e 0,3 e a relação em peso Zn: P~ 2~O~ 5~ sendo de 1 : 5 a 1 : 30. É divulgado também um processo de fosfatização no qual as superfícies metálicas são limpas, e então tratadas com a solução aquosa de fosfatização por 5 segundos a 10 minutos em uma temperatura de 15 a 70°C e finalmente enxaguadas com água.
