Abstract
"PREPARAÇÃO DE FORMULAÇÕES DE POLIURETANO REATIVO COM CARGA PARA FUNDOS DE CARPETES USANDO UM PROCESSO DE MISTURA CONTÍNUO EM LINHA". A presente invenção é um processo contínuo para preparar formulações úteis para fazer fundos de carpete poliméricos carregados. A presente invenção particularmente incorpora poliisocianato como um diluente reativo em um processo contínuo para preparar polímeros de poliuretano carregados. O uso da presente invenção permite a produção de fundos de carpetes que incorporam altos carregamentos de materiais de carga.
