"PROCESSO PARA ISOLAR UMA NEUROTROFINA HUMANA RECOMBINANTE, COMPOSIÇÃO DE NEUROTROFINA E PROCESSO PARA PURIFICAR UMA NEUROTROFINA" . A presente invenção se refere a métodos para purificação de neurotrofinas em larga escala, incluindo NGF maduro, adequadas para utilização clínica. Os métodos oferecem meios para separar as neurotrofinas das várias formas menos desejáveis, mal processadas, dobradas incorretamente, em tamanho, glicosiladas, ou em carga. São também fornecidas composições de neurotrofinas, incluindo NGF maduro, substancialmente livres dessas variantes.
