Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE 4-PENTENOATO DE METILA" . A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de intermediários químicos através da dimerização cruzada de dois compostos que contêm ligações duplas carbono-carbono, sendo que o referido processo é catalisado por um catalisador de níquel II, o qual é um complexo com alila com base em ^ 3^ carbono ou alila substituída, fosfina trisubstituída, e um ligante fracamente coordenante. Esse catalisador pode ser empregado para a dimerização cruzada seletiva de etileno e acrilato de metila para se obter 4-pentenoato de metila, um intermediário do nylon 6,6.
