Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "CÉLULA DE MEMÓRIA NÃO-VOLÁTIL" . A invenção refere-se a uma célula de memória não-volátil, auto-ajustada, em que está disposto um transistor MOS com campos de fonte e dreno (6) na região de superfície de um corpo semicondutor (1). Porta flutuante (12) e porta de controle (16) do transistor MOS estão dispostos, mutuamente sobrepostos, em um rebaixo (8), enquanto que o canal de transistor (17) está guiado lateralmente em uma região de superfície do rebaixo (8).
