Abstract
''TERMÔMETRO DIGITAL PARA MEDIR A TEMPERATURA DE UM PACIENTE E PROCESSO DE INDICAR QUE UMA MEDIÇÃO DE TEMPERATURA SENDO TOMADA PELO TERMÔMETRO DIGITAL FOI COMPLETADA". Um termômetro digital para medir a temperatura de um paciente inclui um mostrador a LCD com iluminação à contraluz (1), que pode atuar como um anunciador não-audível indicando que uma temperatura estável foi atingida. O termômetro digital inclui um fotodetector (13) e um único comutador de seleção de modo (2) para determinar quando a iluminação à contraluz (9) deve ser habilitada. Quando a iluminação à contraluz (9) é habilitada, o termômetro ativa a iluminação à contraluz (9) indicando que uma leitura de temperatura foi completada.
