Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE UM PREPARADO DE igM PARA APLICAÇÃO ENDOVENOSA ". Em processo para preparação de uma solução de imunoglobulina apropriada para aplicação endovenosa com uma fração de IgM maior do que 5% em peso, relativa à fração de imunoglobulina, uma solução de imunoglobulina contendo IgM é tratada com uma protease. O preparado compatível endovenoso obtido destaca-se por não ser quimicamente modificado e apresentar uma baixa atividade anticomplementar ACA.
