Abstract
''MÉTODOS E COMPOSIÇÕES PARA LIPIDIZAÇÃO DE MOLÉCULAS HIDROFÍLICAS" Derivados de ácidos graxos de compostos contendo dissulfeto (por exemplo, peptídios ou proteínas contendo dissulfeto) que compreendem produtos conjugados a ácidos graxos com uma ligação dissulfeto são empregados para distribuição dos compostos a células mamíferas. Essa modificação aumenta acentuadamente a absorção dos compostos pelas células mamíferas com relação à taxa de absorção dos compostos conjugados, bem como prolonga a retenção no sangue e no tecido dos compostos. Além disso, a ligação dissulfeto no conjugado é bastante lábil in vivo e assim facilita a liberação intracelular e extracelular dos compostos intactos das metades de ácido graxo.
