Patente de Invenção: "PIRUVATO DE CREATINA E PROCESSO PARA SUA PREPARAÇÃO" . São descritos piruvatos de creatina da fórmula geral (Creatina)~ x~(piruvato)~ y~(H~ 2~O)~ n~(I) na qual, x = 1 até 100; y = 1 até 10 e n = 0 até 10. Esses piruvatos de creatina, que podem ser preparados por reação simples de creatina com ácido pirúvico, podem ser empregados para aumento da resistência e força no âmbito do esporte, para redução de peso e de excesso de gordura, como suplemento alimentar e para captura de radicais.
