Abstract
Patente de Invenção "ELASTÔMEROS DE SPANDEX APERFEIÇOADOS" . Elastômeros de poliuretano/uréia segmentados do tipo spandex, tendo propriedades físicas aperfeiçoadas, são preparados por extensão de cadeia com amina de um prepolímero terminado em isocianato, preparado pela reação de um execesso estequiométrico de isocianato com um componente poliol contendo pelo menos um poli (oxipropileno glicol) de insaturação ultra baixa, com uma insaturação inferior a cerca de 0,010 meq/g e um peso molecular superior a cerca de 1.500 Da. O poli (oxipropileno glicol) de insaturacão ultra baixa pode ser usado em mistura poli (tetrametileno éter-glicol) e/ou um diol de baixo peso molecular, para formar o componente poliol. Na ausência de diol de baixo peso molecular, o poli (oxipropileno glicol) de insaturação ultra baixa e o componente poliol devem ter pesos moleculares de pelo menos 2.500 Da e pelo menos 2.000 Da, respectivamente.
