Abstract
MISTURAS DE BORRACHA DE NITRILA/POLIVINIL CLORETO. É descrito um processo para fabricar uma mistura de polivinil cloreto/borracha de acrilonitrila-butadieno compreendendo a) revestir uma resina de polivinil cloreto com um estabilizador para formar um PVC pré-revestido; b) misturar o dito PVC pré-revestido com uma ou mais borrachas de acrilonitrila-butadieno para formar uma mistura pré-estabilizada de NBR/PVC; e, c) aplicar calor e pressão para intimamente misturar a dita mistura de NBR/PVC pré-estabilizada em uma mistura de NBR/PVC fluida. Um outro aspecto é uma nova mistura de polivinil cloreto/borracha de acrilonitrila-butadieno possuindo um estabilizador homogênea e uniformemente distribuído em todas as regiões microscópicas do polivinil cloreto.
