"MATERIAL DE CONSTRUÇÃO COMPÓSITO, E DORMENTE FERROVIÁRIO DE COMPÓSITO DE PLÁSTICO". Um material de construção compósito é apresentado, produzido de materiais recilcados. O material de construção compósito é formado de uma mistura exrudada de polietileno de densidade elevada e um material termoplástico de fibra revestida tal vomo fibra de vidro. O material resultante tem um resistência aumentada e é útil em aplicações de carga elevada tal como dormentes de via férrea.
