Abstract
MÉTODO DE TRANSFERÊNCIA RÁPIDA APERFEIÇOADA PARA PRODUZIR ALTO VOLUME SEM MACRODOBRAS É descrito um método para transferência rápida de uma trama (11), tal como uma trama de tecido. O método propicia ângulos de convergência e divergência maiores (AD) do tecido carriador (7) e do tecido de transferência (3) no ponto de transferência mediante deflexão do tecido carriador na direção do tecido de transferência utilizando um elemento de deflexão, tal como um cilindro (6), posicionado oposto à seção de transferência a vácuo (5). Os ângulos de convergência e divergência maiores minimizam o potencial de macrodobras indesejáveis que se formam na trama durante a transferência.
