"USO DE UM POLÍMERO, HOMOPOLÍMERO OU COPOLÍMERO NA OBTENÇÃO DE UM MEDICAMENTO PARA TRATAR UMA INFECÇÃO GASTROINTESTINAL OU MICROBIANA EM UM MAMÍFERO". Tal como um humano, sendo que o polímero compreende um grupo amino ou um grupo amônio ligado à cadeia principal do polímero através de um grupo espaçador alifático. O polímero pode ser um homopolímero ou um copolímero compreendendo um monômero tendo um grupo amônio pendente e um monômero hidrofóbico.
