Patente de Invenção: "USO DE HEMICELLULASE EM ALIMENTOS COM BAIXO TEOR CALÓRICO" . Apresenta-se um processo para aumentar a eficiência com a qual animais monogástricos utilizam rações dietéticas de baixo teor calórico. A adição de uma enzima de hemicelulase, tal como mananase, às rações dietéticas que não são suplementadas com gorduras concentradas ou que contêm reduzido teor de gordura, aumenta a eficiência com a qual os animais monogástricos utilizam as rações.
