Patente de Invenção: "MÉTODO ANTICONCEPCIONAL MONOFÁSICO E UM KIT COMPREENDENDO UMA COMBINAÇÃO DE UMA PROGESTINA E ESTROGÊNIO" . Esta invenção proporciona um método anticoncepcional que compreende a administração a uma mulher em idade de gestação uma combinação de uma progestina em uma dosagem diária de 40 a 500 g de trimegestona, 250 g a 4 mg de dienogest, ou 250 g a 4 mg de drospirenona, e um estrogênio em uma dosagem diária equivalente em atividade estrogênica a 10 a 20 g de etinil estradiol, durante 23 a 25 dias, começando no dia 1 do ciclo menstrual, e no qual a mesma dosagem de progestina e estrogênio é administrada em cada um dos 23 a 25 dias.
