Abstract
"SENSOR DE OXIGÊNIO DE ESTADO SÓLIDO" . Um sensor de oxigênio potenciométrico (10) é formado tendo uma resposta logarítmica a uma concentração de oxigênio diferencial enquanto operando como um sensor do tipo Nernstian. Filmes muito finos de materiais óxido condutores misturados formam eletrodo enquanto permitem acesso de oxigênio de difusão à interface entre o eletrólito de zircônio (12) e o eletrodo (18). A difusão de oxigênio através do óxido misturado (14) não está limitando a faixa. Eletrodos de metal (16, 18) não são usados de forma que mudanças morfológicas na estrutura do eletrodo não acontecem durante a operação estendidas a temperaturas elevadas.
