Patente de Invenção: ''PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO DE ÓLEO DE GLICERÍDIO TENDO UM BAIXO TEOR DE FOSFATÍDIOS NÃO-HIDRATÁVEIS'' . É revelado um processo de produção de óleo de glicerídio tendo um teor muito baixo de fosfatídios não-hidratáveis a partir de sementes e frutas graxas. No processo, o material graxo é exposto instantaneamente e durante um tempo muito curto a uma temperatura elevada com um teor de água controlado. O óleo de glicerído do material tratado termicamente tem após a hidrodesgomação o mesmo baixo teror de fósforo, ferro, cálcio e magnésio que pode ser obtido através de tratamento com ácido forte e álcali (superdesgomação) de um óleo de glicerídio produzido de modo convencional.
