Abstract
Patente de invenção: "PRÓTESE DE VÁLVULA MITRAL" . A invenção refere-se a uma prótese de válvula mitral, constituída de uma carcaça de apoio (stent) com um anel de base, que suporta, pelo menos, dois montantesque apontam, em essência, na direção do eixo do anel, ligados através de uma parede em forma de arco, que serve para a fixação de dois cúspides flexíveis. A fim de obter forças o mais possível uniformes e reduzidas entre os cúspides e a carcaça de apoio, a linha de ligação dos cúspides (de 21 a 23) com o canto interno superior (241) da parede (24) situa-se, respectivamente, em um plano.
