Patente de Invenção: "DERIVADOS DE DIBENZO-OXAZEPINA E DIOXE-PINA E SEU USO COMO AGENTES ANTITUMORAIS" . Composto de fórmula (I), em que R^ 1^ eR^ 2^ são independentemente hidrogênio, alquila inferior não-substituída, alquila inferior substituída por alcóxi inferior ou alquiltio inferior, ou acila que é não-substituída ou substituída por uma ou mais alquila inferior, alquila inferior substituída por halogênio ou alcóxi inferior; X é CO e CHOH; Y é CO ou CH~ 2~; e Z é O ou NH e epímeros e enântiomeros dos mesmos, ou sais fisiologicamente utilizáveis dos mesmos são úteis como agentes antitumorais. Eles podem ser preparados pela fermentação de Aspergillus sp, e opcionalmente, subseqüente modificação dos grupos funcionais.
