Abstract
"ÉSTERES DE NITRATO ALIFÁTICO, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, MÉTODO PARA EFETUAR NEUROPROTEÇÃO, MÉTODO PARA EFETUAR INTENSIFICAÇÃO DE COGNIÇÃO E MÉTODO PARA FAZER UM ÉSTER DE NITRATO ALIFÁTICO". São descritos ésteres de nitrato alifático tendo um átomo de enxofre ou fósforo beta ou gama a um grupo de nitrato e seus congêneres tendo eficácia como agentes neuroprotetores. Os ésteres de nitrato preferidos podem ser sintetizados por nitração de um 3-bromo, 1,2-propanedoil e subseqüente reação para resultar o éster mono^ -^, di^ -^ ou tetra-nitrato desejado.
