"PAPEL TOALHA DE MÚLTIPLAS DOBRAS COM REGIÕES DE REDE CONTÍNUAS". Descreve-se uma estrutura de papel toalha com múltiplas camadas. A estrutura de papel inclui uma dobra que compreende regiões descontínuas com densidade relativamente baixa, dispersas por toda uma rede contínua com densidade relativamente alta. A estrutura de papel inclui também uma dobra que não inclui regiões descontínuas com densidade relativamente baixa por toda uma rede contínua com densidade relativamente alta. As estruturas diferentes das duas dobras proporcionam uma melhor absorção sobre uma estrutura homogênea com múltiplas camadas.
