Patente de Invenção: "ANTICORPO MONOCLONAL ANTI-MP52 HUMANO" . Um anticorpo monoclonal anti-MP52 humano de camundongo, que liga-se a MP52 humano dimérico, mas não a MP52 humano monomérico. Este anticorpo monoclonal de camundongo, compreendendo IgG e tendo uma alta especificidade, pode ser obtido por sensibilização de camundongos com MP52 humano (CHO-MP52) produzido em células CHO e MP52 humano (rhMP52) produzidos em escheridia coli. Este anticorpo é útil na, por exemplo, purificação ou determinação de MP52 humano produzido por técnicas de engenharia genética.
