Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "TIRAS DE BATATAS PARCIALMENTE FRITAS REVESTIDAS EM ÓLEO" . São reveladas tiras de batatas parcialmente fritas revestidas com óleo adequadas para acabamento em forno compreendendo: (a) tiras de batatas parcialmente fritas tendo de cerca de 34% a cerca de 58% de umidade ponderal; e (b) cerca de 8 a cerca de 30% de gordura. As tiras de batatas parcialmente fritas têm um revestimento de superfície substancialmente uniforme de óleo ou gordura. O revestimento de superfície compreende de cerca de 2% a cerca de 15% por peso das ditas tiras de batatas parcialmente fritas. Quando acabadas em forno, as tiras de batatas parcialmente fritas revestidas com óleo têm substancialmente o mesmo sabor, qualidade e características que as batatas fritas que tenham sido fritas em profundidade.
